What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide, namely through the contact form on this website:

We use the information you submit solely to:

How long we keep your data

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where a business relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by Portuguese tax/accounting law (currently 10 years for commercial records). Enquiries that do not lead to further contact are deleted or anonymised within 24 months.

Who we share it with

Your data may be processed by trusted third-party service providers acting on our behalf, strictly to operate this website and deliver your message:

• Our website hosting provider (Hostinger)
• Our email delivery / SMTP provider
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), used to load web fonts — this may involve your browser connecting directly to Google's servers, which can include your IP address

We do not use these providers for advertising or profiling.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example Google (fonts). Where this occurs, we rely on the provider's compliance with adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent safeguards under the GDPR.
